Two tyres ordered on line. Fitted and changed wheels around no extra charge. All went very smoothly with mechanic happy to discuss what had been done. No attempt at all to foist other goods/services on me. Excellent.

Got a appointment for 8.30 got there early to be told now one could get it in due the assistant manager having the keys and he was running late, after waiting half a hour asked how long he was going to be, got told at least another 15 minutes. Wasn't going to wait any longer as needed to be somewhere else by 11. Did feel sorry for the poor chap having to explain to everyone.
4 New Michelins fitted for a bargain price. Booked online, carried out at the allotted time by helpful, courteous staff. Happy bunny!
Were competent to do an oil and filter change but had no idea about what was wrong with the car. Was told that the fault would be ok to drive with (without doing even basic diagnostics) which would have caused extensive damage to the engine. Also given that I had explained the fault they failed to mention that they were unable to actually do the work and directed us to another garage. If you need minor work doing they can probably help but for a real mechanic your best going somewhere else. Disappointed
