Ordered online and F1 were to fit. Say to arrive 5 mins before booked time so I arrived ten mins early. Told they would be 30-45 mins so I said I'd walk around the park and come back. Arrive back 25 mins later and car hadn't even moved... Eventually get the car back one hour after it should have been done, and they'd taken extra time to put the tracking gear on to tell me it was out and ask me if I wanted it done, even though I hadn't asked for that service. So a little disappointed. I don't think any of these large places offer the same level of service that a smaller garage does, but it was convenient so I thought I'd give it a go. Not sure I'll bother again.

Absolute chancers, only giving them the 1 star because I can't give zero. Put my wife's car in for a service only to receive a phone call a few hours later with a list of 'problems' totalling 800 and then given a deadline of 45 minutes to decide whether we wanted them done. Really tried to put the pressure on my pregnant wife about safety etc. Have since taken it for a second opinion to another mechanic as my wife was obviously worried. That mechanic said it was all rubbish and he didn't even charge us to check everything, amazing! Basically, avoid at all costs unless you have money to burn. Would not trust them to pour p*ss out of a boot if the instructions were on the heel.
The manager is extremely rude. I took my car here to have new brake pads and the housing of the thermostat replaced due to a slow leak (common problem with Fiesta's). They phoned me and said that the coolant was leaking everywhere and that the housing needed to be replaced without delay. I said I would call them back in 5 minutes after speaking to my partner about it, the manager said that if I didn't give him a decision that very second, they would not do it. They priced the replacement at 225. I rang around and got prices between 100 - 125. Told the manager that, he wouldn't honour their price match promise. I took the car to another garage down the road, they put it up on the ramp and looked at the coolant leak. It was hardly leaking at all, the manager definitely exaggerated the issue. I ended up paying 120. Definitely avoid.
Very helpful! Having issues with a run flat tyre which they fixed in about 5 minutes and sourced a replacement for next day.
Good price on tires with really quick service. Their advice helped me to save money on breaks replacement (it turned out that I still can do a lot of miles on current breaks)
