Best garage we’ve ever been to, Wayne on customer service in Cheltenham couldn’t do enough for us. Put everything right ready for MOT and my husband’s car too. Will definitely use this company again and prices are brilliant. Thank you Wayne for all your help.

Daughter took her car for an mot, the person her dealt with her was very rude and had a very bad attitude towards her. The car failed the mot on 2 indicator bulbs ( wrong colour, orange lacquer had peeled off) and a split/insecure cv boot. She asked for a quote for the work done and the manager said he would be in touch, 5 days later of waiting and no phone call. I phoned them up myself in and asked for a quote and was told 3 each for indicator bulbs, about 18 for cv boot ( you can by the kit for less than 8) and an hour labour so would be 90! Absolute RIP OFF! A well known chain of garages offered to do the work and include the mot for 80 max, just to have a CV boot changed at a local garage would have been only 25 but she wanted to have the work done by F1 so that they would do the re-test at a discounted rate within 7 Days of mot test ( again, most garages don't charge for a re-test!) Avoid this place like the plague, if you know nothing about cars then you will get ripped off! If I could give it a zero I would!
Friendly and efficient staff, very knowledgeable and made good recommendations.
On two occasions in the last ten days I have visited F1 Cheltenham , service, mot and remedial work. I cannot fault the staff, front of house and the grease guys. Good price, punctual and delivered with a smile, what more could you want ( maybe a valet).
Had a headlight bulb go called into Formula one replaced straight away very good service.
