Tried to make an appointment to have my Whyte 905 checked after an issue with the chain and mechanism and was asked to call down since no booking was required but i was given a 5 day turn around. When i arrived Formby Cycles checked my bike over while i waited, they repaired the defect and handed the bike back for no charge. Fantastic service and would highly recommend them. Great Service.....
Brilliant bike shop, professional staff and no blagging , no nonsense help and advice.The lads delivered my Whyte e160 RS ebike well built and on time.I would recommend Formby cycles to anyone wanting a trustworthy reliable service. A big thanks to the lads there.
Superb customer service and swapped a cassette freewheel over onto a new wheel while I waited (literally took 2 minutes as well as the chap knew what he was doing).
Great place. Took my bike in for a service and it was done quickly, efficiently and at a good price. Felt good on the ride home!
