Janet was always helpful, efficient, kind and patient, when we visited or rang. Our tribute to mum was complicated because it was a Salvation Army crest. The finished floral arrangement was even better than we could ever have wished for. (See photo). Well done. We will not fail to use this lady again. She is very talented. Dereham is fortunate to have such an amazing florist.

I can't rate this florist highly enough. Janet was so helpful when we wanted a Grandad wreath recently. She talked us through all the options and sent photos via email so we could choose exactly what we wanted. It was such a pleasure to meet someone who takes so much pride in her work and the wreath we finally chose was stunning!
Excellent service! Janet was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The flowers ordered were for a gift, I didn't actually see them but they looked amazing in a picture and the recipient was delighted with them. Thank you Janet
