DISGUSTING SERVICE.... Went into the shop after having numerous Christmas presents to swap, i asked the man behind the counter if it was possible for refund or to exchange the presents. Which he replied i could exchange so while having a look at different clothing and jewellery he then came over to where i stood saying he had changed his mind. Which i thought was very unfair as his first reply was that i could, it was a present bought my my mother, who had spent a bit of money in the store. i asked why he had changed his mind so suddenly his reply was take your items and leave. His further reply was just leave, just go, leave my shop. To which he then started flicking his hand in my face. I have never in my life been treated like this and was disgusted at his mannerism. Would advise anyone to stay clear of this shop in future. not nice people and treat people very unfairly...
