We went twice in 2 days, as it's a very handy stop if your heading up to or down from to Aberdeen, 1st stop we were obviously outwith the lunch rush and got a good socially distanced table at the back all was very good for a quick coffee and a break from driving. Unfortunately our return stop had us catch the lunch rush and we ended up sitting at the doorway, it was not ideal as social distancing was hard, especially with a baby chair on the end of the table. Food was typical of McD.

McWaste of Time. Broken McApp McUseless Staff. Paid for and turned up to collect an app order. Staff member said payment was pending, it wasn't and I had confirmation. The app is broken and the staff did not know what to do or offer any help. Spoke to a manager call Danielle and she was about as much use as a McChocolate fireguard. Drove away and then the app stated \Thanks for your order - come again\! This McDonalds has many problems and they are incapable of supplying the correct food that was ordered. I will not be back to this McDonalds and (probably) the chain due to the poor service and diminishing food quality. A letter of complaint is coming your way McDonalds and I hope it leaves a bad taste in your mouth like your food. Avoid Forfar McDondalds.
