What a Gem lovely would definitely recommend a visit only lived in Mansfield for 10 and half years and never knew it was there
Lovely tranquil location in the woodland. Nice friendly service. Coffee was nice and the large breakfast was well presented tasty and very satisfying. Will definitely visit again.
Came here as our bubble of 4 for my daughters 12th birthday. Restaurant followed Covid guidelines , 1 way in and 1 way out, hand sanitizer and social distancing. All staff had masks on too which was a first I've seen. Booking advised whilst following covid rules as space is limited. We had 2 steaks and 2 salmon which were delicious and portion size spot on. We had 2 dark chocolate cheesecakes and 1 creme brulee, which were fresh made. The cheesecake was real chocolate and like a ganache. Definitely the best food we have had in a long time and will be coming back.
Best off booking before going. They are very busy at the moment now. You can manually sign in or use the NHS app (preferred) to reduce cross contamination. Strictly table service even for paying the bill. Food is excellent as usual. Lovely relaxing surroundings
