I've lived here since late 2017, the community is great, Mr. Irell, keeps you laughing and is very polite, Ms. Reva is the best, I'm sorry to see her go. The previous management was terrible, except for Ms. Christina she was great. Just sorry that corporate won't answer our questions about the contest we just won, for free Jan. Rent, they acknowledge all the other contest but not this one why. But it really is a great place to live.

I just moved in a about a month ago, but this place is great! I barely see my neighbors and my building is always clean and quiet. The office staff is GREAT! Very informative and Irell is the best, if you are looking for a home to lease he is your guy! I am so happy I chose to move here :)
Christina Adams is one of the greatest property manager I’ve ever encountered! My experience with her was very pleasant! Her knowledge and ability to market the property was astounding. If I didn’t already have an apartment I would definitely work with her to find one at her location.
I am new tenant to the complex and my experience here has been nothing but the best. The office and maintenance staff are the friendliest i ever come into contact with. The area is always clean no trash and i am always greeted with a hello and have a nice day sir. My encounters are very refreshing and i definitely recommend this property to my friends and family especially under the mgmt. of Mrs. Adams. Normally i move from location to location but with this location and staff I will at least do a 3 yr lease.
As soon as i walked into the office i knew that this was home. The staff inside the office are very friendly and helpful. The property manger seems to go above and beyond to help you with any issues you have. I love my home here and would recommend any looking for a home to find your way here to parkland square !!!!
