Really inviting cosy good atmosphere good beer what more can you ask
Good beer, guest ales and regular changes on the pumps, quality lagers. Always a good friendly atmosphere and service is personal. If you like a bar snack have a go on the pork scratchings, they are made by the local butcher, just over the road, and they are some of the best you'll ever taste. Small pub garden, wood fired pizzas available on Friday and Saturday evenings from the front of the pub. One downside, cash only but if you're strapped pop to the shop next door where there is a free cash point.
Sleepy village but an extremely busy and popular pub. Only had beer with some mates, but love the old world character of the place.
Good atmosphere, friendly staff, nice garden, good prices, what more can I say
