They always have great quick service. The staff are at minimal friendly. Most of the time they are quite nice and chatty. It's very rare that they get an order wrong or mixed up but when they do they replace it quickly and apologetically. They are pretty packed in the summer. But the staff makes it a quick wait.

I had a rude worker comment to me when I simply looked in a bag of food on the counter to see if it was mine . She obviously never learned about customer service skills. She will affect this Tim Hortons !
Staff was trying to help but the tim app would not complete an order making me upset at the several attempts to upload payment only to go nowhere. Also making my order when I placed manual not to get tim points. Yeah.
Staff were fast & friendly. Doing a great job to keep everyone safe
