I’m not sure why there are bad reviews. I stayed at the first floor and it had its own private Onsen in your room. I’ve been staying for over a week at higher price Onsen places but this is by far the best. The room is so new it looks like it was recently renovated. The location isn’t the easiest to get to as it’s a short walk out to the Main Street but they have a shuttle bus that they can take you to even your choice of restaurant. I highly recommend this place if your looking for a nice quiet place that has its own private Onsen in the room.

Very friendly service. A tad farther away than most hotels. But they can shuttle you if you ask. Great personal onsen

トラブって夕飯に遅れてしまったのですが 嫌な顔せず、のんびり食べさせて頂けました 夕飯も朝食も盛り沢山っ！！ 温泉が濁ってなかったのが ちょっと残念… 露天風呂が温泉ではなかったのも残念… なので4
建物が老朽化してる感じ。駅から駅までの送迎があってたすかります。御料理は食べきれないくらいで、美味しかった。
ホテルに着いて初めての印象は 星 4 ※宿泊代は、いつもより高めです。 客層は 星 4 今日の客層は一人で宿泊の方が半分（1組だけ女性がいました。）で、ご夫婦やカップル（不倫の様な感じ）でしたが静かで良かった。 お風呂は普通でした。星3 ※露天風呂がありましたが凄く小さく温泉ではないらしいです。 夕食はかなり期待しましたが 星 4 ※見た目だけ言うなら良いと思う 朝食は昨日の夕食があったのであまり期待はしませんでしたが美味しかった。星5 箱根の山の眺めが最高！
以前と同様スタッフの方達は感じ良かったです。貸切露天風呂も二人には丁度よい広さ、夕食は美味しかったです。お部屋に女性用のアメニティがあればと思いました。又お布団はコロナのせいもあり自分でひくとミネラルウォーターが1人1本いただけました。写真は貸切風呂、右側にカラン、シャンプー等があります。
