My mother has been a resident at Forest Dean for just under 2 years, we have always found the staff very professional and care given is excellent.The staff are very supportive not only to the residents, but also their families. Forest Dean is a credit to care system

The level of care of this so called 'Care' home is awful. I I have complained about the smell in a residents room and they are not bothered and do nothing. The manager has a nonchalant attitude to any issues raised.
