50 amp service; good water, sewer hook up. Sites quite close together if campground were to be full. Level sites, very quiet, paved walking/biking trail; camp kitchen, playing field, playground. Reservoir stocked with fish. No boats or swimming allowed at Reservoir. Wind shelter belt of caragana trees and a few evergreen. Next to golf course. Near 40 Mile Park. Some working people staying. Once COVID is better understood and washrooms and showers are open again it will be a great spot- for now only self contained units. Close to community centre, grocery store. Motel next to grocery store has laundromat. Village pool and spray park were not open at time of our visit. No wifi at sites but library and tourist information booth offer free wifi daily when open. Operated by village of Foremost so would be nice if they also offered wifi at campsites , similar to other small towns. Great stay!

There are several types of sites and connections available. We pitched a tent on a grassy spot near a tree across from the beautiful park area. There's a fish pond on the other side of the park where we watched the antelope play. There is a washroom with a shower (the water was scalding until we contact a village worker to turn it down - he was very nice). The fire pits have no grate, but there are community grills next the the park. There are a lot of birds around and they sang ALL day, into the night. Must've been mating time, lol. There's a lot of wind and no real wind breaks to speak of, so be prepared for that - one of guys tenting around us had the wind destroy his tent poles the first night. We'll go back - assuming we're back in the area, and the village of Foremost is quaint and kind. Oh, and visit main street cafe when you're there. It's pretty awesome.

Excellent place to stay. We came in with a bunch of trailers for a project. They expanded to accommodate us and others. The Town’s Mayor came by daily to address any concerns, or suggestions to help make our stay as comfortable as can be. Very friendly people and that feeling of home away from home is definitely there. Thanks Foremost and Wayside Campground. Looking forward to phase 2. I’ll be back!
