Jess and Michelle are the real deal and their product is second to none! I now laugh as I walk past the beef at the grocery store. This year was our second cow from Prairie Protein and it’s going to be a yearly investment for our family. We BBQ’d New York strips for a larger family gathering and just looking around the room at everyone with their eyes closed, huge smiles on their faces and the continual hum of “mmmmmm’s” said it all. You don’t get beef with this level of freshness and flavor from just anywhere. Hamburger that is lean, but still juicy. Rib-eyes that are marbled gorgeously. Don’t get me started on the brisket! Do you want McDonalds for dinner or do you want the keg? Prairie Protein is the best!

Some of the highest quality meat I've had in Alberta and its grass fed! I couldn't imagine going back to store bought beef products.
