Maalesef bu ikinci kere geliyorum buraya ve hiç iyi bir tecrübe yaşamadım, bence bu şube gibi bir daha 10 tane açılmam lazım, kalabalık ve uzun sıralar olmayacak için.

The worst government foreigners branch. No respect for children and old people.
Absolute garbage! Terrible services, and a horrible place to spend nine god forsaken hours standing still doing ridiculous paperwork to gain traveling permission. The employees are laughing at us while having a cup of tea. The outside is crowded with hatred. the security guards are full of racism, and they'd yell at you or even hit you and toss you around if you mistakenly did something wrong. I pray god everyday to torch the whole building and burn it to the ground.
You can't take an appointment Iam trying from 2 month ... So bad
They treat people badly. They don't take into consideration that we are there because we are forigners and need help. The man on the entrance wouldn't help you in anyway. Keep in mind that you wouldn't get any help there and nobody will treat you well Humanity lost it's way to this place. By the way I gave them one star because I can't give them none.
Typically any Turkish immigration place is absolutely horrible. But I was pleasantly surprised with this one-maybe it was just the day I came, but there was almost no line, everyone was very helpful and directive, I waited very very little, and then several people directed me through the steps to solve my problem. They were even nice. Not sure if this is a new government direction or what.... but very lucky for foreigners. :)
