This is the best post office in Ipswich (if not East Anglia). I travel out of my way to come here. The staff are very helpful, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. It's a traditional post office. these are sadly disappearing all too quickly these days.

Rude and unprofessional staff. I've been there twice so far and I do not think I will come back there anymore. Staff is very rude and they make you feel unwelcomed with their unprofessional behaviour.
