It is the most ethical and comprehensive Whole Food shops in Cumbria. Although tucked away down a link street it is always worth a visit.

Fantastic wholefood produce. So handy to just pop in. I love the prices of the organic seeds, hard to find anywhere else and definitely best price for me :) Lots of eco more sustainable products.
