Popular cafe in the heart of Cardigan. The food was lovely and of a high quality. Great service and the prices were reasonable. The menu was quote varied and there were also daily specials on offer. There are now quite a few good cafés in the town centre so vistors to this lovely Welsh town have a difficult choice to make. Recommended.

Fantastic service the food was delicious and staff very friendly. It's also nice they have a seating area whilst waiting for your turn to be seated for food. Kids meals great also!
What an evening. Food for Throughts Caribbean night was an absolute success. The atmosphere was lovely & the food was beautiful. I have no need to say any more. 6 stars!

Great vegan/veggie range, extremely helpful and polite staff. Really enjoyed the jack fruit salad. I was very impressed with the social distance rules and one way system.
