Food For Thought Restaurant

We ordered from here and the food was great. The fish and chips were tasty and crispy, shrimp and grits were tasty but the sauce was a bit thin for my wife. We finished off our meal with bread pudding which was to die for, moist and delicious. My wife's cranberry margarita was very good. Nice flavors.They even gave us reheating instructions which was smart and thoughtful. Next time we are in the area we will be back there to order.

This is my first time here. It's a great meal. I got here at 6:50 on a Thursday evening without a reservation. Even though their parking lot was pretty full, the nice lady was able to find a table for me. The meal is really good. Thanks!!!

We love this place! Great food, clean healthy farm to table type of food. My husband said his steak and crab cake were the best he has had in a long time. His creamed spinach was delicious also. Everyone loved the fresh rolls and corn bread. My daughter’s cheese and trees weren’t very cheesy/ saucy but that could have been because it was gluten free. They could probably improve their gluten cheese sauce. The burgers were huge and fries amazing. My meatloaf and mashed potatoes were perfect on this chilly Sunday. Our server seemed new but he was very attentive. The restaurant itself is so interesting. We could have hung out for an hour reading everything hanging on the walls and reading the t shirts for sale. This is our go to place when in Williamsburg now.

From the time we walked into the front door until the time we left the service was amazing. The food was scrumptious! We will definitely be back. If you are a vegan, I strongly recommend food for thought. The vegan options are just....wow! Thomas was our server and he was wonderful! Thank you Thomas!
