Was hoping to have them install a new commercial garage door on our shop. Emailed multiple times with no answer. Called office and left my name and number was told I would be getting a call back and never did. Found another company that answered right away and was out next day for a quote.

Their 24/7 Service is a lie. I bought my door from them, they installed it. They even put a service sticker on it with a 24/7 Service # to call. Saturday afternoon my garage door jammed partially closed. I called the service number and they said they don't respond to residential service calls on the weekend and that I would have to wait until Monday for someone to call me back. Very disappointed in their false Service advertising. They should be honest about their service.

Very smooth experience - from onsite visit for the quote to the actual install, all very professional. Donovan walked us through options and colours and answered all of our questions and offered some advice based on previous installs. Darren and Remy arrived on time and got right to work, were very personable and nice to my kids as well. Door looks great!
