I’ve been working on and off with Joann Prior to help me build and launch a new practice area for my law practice for some weeks now. What makes Joann an outstanding coach is her ability to get you to really think about your goals, identify what you need to change to achieve those goals and help execute on the changes. Knowing I have to update her on what I have done every couple of weeks towards achieving those goals really pushes me out of my comfort zone which translates into forward moving action.
