Nurture Squared is an initiative to connect and support those who nurture their families at home and nurture their clients as service providers in their helping profession. We are entrepreneurs and business women who are also parents. We practice peaceful, attachment-based parenting at home, and are building private practices which promote a peaceful and attachment-based world. Anyone who resonates with this approach to family and business (regardless of sector, parenting status or gender) and who shares their expertise or self-created products is welcome to take a peak and see what we have to offer. The focus is on private practitioners who work with families. Currently this includes educators, therapists, social workers, lactation consultants, doulas, midwives, and others who are in ‘helping professions’. This scope is continually evolving --we focus more on the philosophy of nurturing practice rather than rigid rules, though our intention is strongly pointed to entrepreneurs whose primary role is sharing knowledge, expertise, and self-made or self-designed products. Monthly online events build skills (Nuts & Bolts online sessions), tap into mentors (interviews with entrepreneurs and mentors), and explore common challenges through authentic conversations in monthly Jam Sessions. An annual membership allows access to all our monthly events, some of which are recorded.
