I was pleased that the Roof installation was done within a couple weeks of quote. With fall weather and rain season approaching I wanted it completed soon. The estimator David was very cordial, helpful and explained everything I wanted to know about the procedure. The crew of installers worked very efficiently together and cleaned up everything including a few nails that happened to be in the lawn. I would highly recommend this company for your new roof.
We had a wonderful experience with Niagara Roof Masters. They are very responsive, professional, and effecient. We truly felt like they did everything from beginning to end and we did not have to lift a finger or go out of our way to do anything because they have it all under control from the start. Just had to make the initial call and they take it from there!!
We needed our entire roof replaced (just old peeling shingles). We contacted Roofmasters and they were quick to respond. They came to the house within the week to inspect our roof and provided us with a free quote along with a package of all different types of shingles and information. They did not pressure us at all. We booked an appt for a time that was convenient for us. They showed up bright and early. Although they started on the Friday before the long weekend, they only did a lil over half the roof on the Friday and came back early Tuesday to complete. We didn't mind this at all (but maybe something they can improve on???? For others who may not have liked that). They were efficient, professional, and did a really good job. They also made sure to clean up after themselves and inspected the yard and driveway for fallen nails and debris. You can't even tell they were in our yard! Then the next day, they came back to inspect their work. Very friendly people. Would highly recommend. And price was the best we found.
The crew was very friendly, fast and did a great job. My wife was impressed with the cleanup. Derek followed up the next day with a full inspection. Roof looks awesome.
