I called them as a last resort because my SUV was acting up and I was going away in 2 days . The girl that answered the phone and told me to bring it right down was awesome and accommodating ! When I arrived I was greeted with a smile and they were friendly . I described what the issue was and wanted to make sure my vehicle was safe to make the trip up north . The mechanic was there and listened to what I told him . During the inspection process the mechanic needed to get my wheel lock key out of a compartment in my car . ( That was fine) i told them where it was located . After my car was finished and I left to go home I got back in my car and where the mechanic had searched for my wheel lock key in various compartments he had left everything that was in those areas all over my passenger seat , centre console etc . I was very annoyed with the lack of respect for a potential customer ( I need rotors and brakes) which I was to go in this week to get them done.. I will be cancelling that appointment and taking my repair elsewhere because if this is how the mechanics treat a customer's car I am now not able to trust that my work will be done properly to my vehicle after them being so careless with my stuff inside my car !
Dropped car off work got done fast and friendly.
