6 cheese burgers with extra pickles. Sounds simple? Not so. Ripped buns and one only had extra pickles.. very sad product from this location.
We ordered sundaes. They were barely half-full with just enough hot fudge sauce to fill a teaspoon. This is disgraceful. Next time we will buy icecream and fixings at the grocery store. I have adjusted my rating to one star I am so disappointed. We are trying to support local takeout during the pandemic but this is just an insult in return.
Terrible service! The evening manager was very disrespectful and in no way should be in that position. If she is going to give an attitude when she has to deal with a customer, then she needs to second guess the job that she is in. Both training and coaching is well needed, as the manager lacks customer service skills and common sense . Will not be spending my money at this location again, I am very disgusted. The rest of the staff I have dealt with in the past at this location are amazing and it is unfortunate that the manager lacks respects and decency.
