They butchered my son's hair and didn't tell me. I didn't notice until it was too late! Literally shaved a bald spot into his head.
The manger with the purple hair has been repeatedly cranky or short with customers including myself. I’ve even been there when she was like that with one of the other hairdressers and I felt awful for stylist, it was embarrassing and awkward. She is too intense in her roll and it comes off as rude, defensive and bossy. I feel like she means well but her overly assertive nature is really unprofessional. I really want to like this place as it’s close to home and the price is right. But they absolutely butchered my child’s hair. The lady who cut it was very nice but just took way too much off and now it sticks out in all different directions. I did a better job myself, with no trainings during COVID sadly. This is one of those cuts you just have to wait for it to grow out or just take it all off. I’m hoping it will be grown out before our pictures in a month. I’m so disappointed. I do have to say we have had a great experience in the of the other stylists, she is a bit younger with bold frames glasses I think her name is Kelly. She was friendly and seems to have a better handle on the style.
Online booking was a breeze. I liked that feature a lot. Nice to go in and only wait a couple minutes. My stylist was friendly and was very good at giving me a head massage while washing my hair. The cut was great. Overall experience awesome. I was visiting my daughter, so I am not in the area, but I recommended she try this salon.
Had very bad experience at this location. Staff was very snooty towards me and even my hair was cut unevenly. Will never come back.
Taken my kids here multiple times now. Great experience each time! They're great with kids. Love that the website shows you how long the wait is so we can decide whether or not to even try to go at that time. The no- appointment style works for us! We'll be back again soon.
