The postal worker who has been assigned to my area has treated us with nothing but condescending tones and judgemental comments. I fail to see how this behaviour is acceptable in regards to your customer service relations and the reflection that is has upon your leadership and values stated on your website: Our code of conduct A code of conduct is a set of rules and guidelines that support and promote ethical behaviour and decision-making. We strive to build trusted relationships with our employees, customers, partners, suppliers and stakeholders. This behaviour does not reflect your company’s values nor benefits your company’s image as it's hypocritical and down right indignant. I would suggest that your employees be reminded of their role within your company and the standards to which CanadaPost prides themselves on according your website. Annoyed and angry
