I have been running, picnicing and walking in *Fonty* forest for over 30 years. Absolutely delightful ! Highly recommended to all visitors to Paris (because France is more than \just Paris\).
Beautiful palace in the forest. Great gardens. Really a peaceful getaway 1 hour from Paris.
