I went into the shop asked if they could set up two phones for me and two phone cases the young man got two phone cases yes I'll do your phones and get you the cases it will cost 30 I paid him he said leave it with me come back in about 45 mins I did still seeing to myphones left again went back said he had done the phones a put them in phone cases I left tried the phones buttons don't work took them out of the phone cases the cases are the wrong ones tried my phones he hadn't set them up went back and he said he would sort them out I left again went back gave me one phone and the other one nearly finished. Left the shop and waited again went back one phone worked and the other one didn't I asked for my money back and he laughed at m . I said you havent set them up and the phone cases don't fit. he wouldn't give me any money then he put 5 on the counter I said no as the cases don't fit he said yes they do and said they cost 10 each they didn't they are the 5 ones so I left rearly up set went to the managment suite to ask if some one could come to the shop with me to sort this out no we don't do that the citizens advice might be able to help so I left missed my bus had to wait 4 hours phoned my husband and I said I would be OK to wait for the bus as he didn't want me to go one my own in case anything happens to me as I'm disabled but you can't see that I'm disabled and that man in that shop new as I told him that's why I can't set the new phones up and they had credit on them will never ever go to that shop again beware he charges what he likes there a phone shop in the high street use that wee little shop iv reported him to trading standards and they have the proof I was there as he used his own phone to ring one of mine he's the lowest of the low

From the first phone call to the end of the work these guys were top notch! Friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and prompt- I was super satisfied. I had called them to get some moving done before the day ended and was totally glad that it was done on time and professionally. Was very pleased with the movers because they were very skilled in moving my stuff. I could also tell they have lots of experience because they seem to know what to do next without having to think about it even for a sec. So glad to have such a service like this around.
