Refused a refund on a faulty product I purchased from them saying “how can we refund something you’ve used” I’m sorry but how can I find out it has issues without using it. (By the way I mention one of the screen issues when I bought the phone and was told not to worry). Trading standards have now been informed and apparently I’m not the only person to report this shop for poor trading standards. Please people think again before going here
Extremely helpful and knew exactly what they were doing when repairing my phone after I let a third party work on it. Definitely use them next time and refer anyone to them.
These guys were super helpful. They were the only ones that could do a same day repair on the S10 screen I smashed. It's a difficult repair to do and did take a tiny bit longer than they said but it wasn't a problem. My only negative was that during the repair they must have broken the seal on the back of the phone without realising. They were so helpful though if I took it back I'm sure they'd sort it, it's service on little errors that happen like this that make a place really good. Use these guys for repairs for sure. Recommended.
