Like to start by genuinely giving Fonehouse a 5 star review, because of how easy it was to compare contracts for the Samsung Galaxy S20 and being one of the easiest process to complete. Initially comparing phones/contracts on the site i visited the Waltham Cross store and spoke with staff member, H, who was exceptional to say the least. He helped me with the process and helped with accessories with the phone. Since the phone arriving (next day delivery) it has been smooth set up and had no issues transferring my old number over. (Even chucked in a free face mask! Lol)
