The service in this shop is awful. Please avoid. My daughter handed in her phone to repair the charging port. While it was in for the repair they have managed to cracked the screen quite considerably. He refused to replace it. A repair shop who won’t repair a screen when they break it. It’s seemingly our fault as he phone already had a little crack in the corner. We left without any repair being done. I am going to call trading standards in the morning to see if there is anything they can do. I have no intention of dealing with this man again.
Recommend avoiding this place. The person working in the store is very unprofessional and seems to have to knowledge of the consumer rights act. Upon trying to claim a legal entitlement provided by the sale of goods act, the person working there (Not sure if the owner) repeatedly said that it wasn't their policy. The problem with this is, that your policy must align with the sale of goods act. Terribly unprofessional of a business!
Replaced the screen on my Samsung phone quickly and at a good price. Phone is like new again, thank you!
Phone screen repair lasted less than 2 weeks. Apparently because it was working when I left the shop then I must have damaged it and therefore not their fault so would not replace unless I paid again. Was told there was a 1 month warranty but this damage wasn't covered. Apart a slight tap on the screen could have caused the damage, i find that laughable. The quality of the repair or goods used to repair must have been low standard. Asked to speak to someone else, was told there was no one to phone but I could email and would receive a response over night. Poor customer service. Have reported to trading standards as I see others have also.
