Went here for dinner tonight and WOW - the very BEST Mexican food in NYC. The Flautas, enchiladas, and those margaritas sooo good. The outdoor seating is beautiful, heated, and comfortable. Staff was very attentive and welcoming. It was a great experience, and i will definitely be back for sure!

The food is always great every time. If I could eat Mexican food every night I would eat here to support the amazing staff that work at Fonda. The fried fish tacos and the skinny margaritas are SO bomb. The outdoor space heaters work SO WELL they even have heaters for under the table to keep my feet toasty. They also make delicious hot toddys!!

Came for Sunday brunch. Three drinks and a meal for about 35 per person is a pretty great deal for brunch. My only complaint is that the drinks are lacking in alcohol. I thought I was drinking a virgin hibiscus margarita, though the cocktail idea itself wasn't a bad one. It needed more tequila. The chilaquiles were very authentic and the steak we added to it was perfectly cooked to order.
First time in this place. Loved it!!! Great flavor and taste. I'll be back... That's for sure
