This is my first time visiting Halfords autocentre and I must say I am more than pleasantly surprised, the staff are really friendly and they go above and beyond to ensure you receive the service you need. They worked really hard to get my car fixed and ready for me to drive home at the end of the day and their prices cannot be beaten! I would recommend these guys to anyone and I will be taking my car back there in the future for all it’s needs

Had an MOT for my car a few days ago, which it failed. The car failed for its shock absorbers, and a couple of other things. After failure I took my car to another garage to be repaired however, upon further inspection by the garage, who are qualified to do MOTs, three different examiners agreed that there was nothing wrong with the shock absorbers and the Halfords examiner had completely missed the big rusted hole behind one of the wheels. I have been able to check the shocks myself and can personally verify there was nothing wrong with them. Halfords tried to charge me nearly 700 for new shocks when the car didn’t need them at all. I am now losing a week of earnings because of this as I've had to get it in another garage for proper repairs.

Booked and paid for an MOT online which was a simple process. Car failed on headlights so the tester tried his best to polish them, but could not get a beam pattern. I replaced them, booked a retest and car passed. The team were really friendly and waivered and retest/headlight adjustment fee which was a lovely surprise! Will definitely use again...
