Both my wife and myself Attended appointments at 11am and 11.06am nice cue distances throughout greeted and given full information whilst waiting outside was let in to library building within 3 minutes where we was directed to the checking in area then was sent up stairs to the covid test room and the lady also took us to the lift as my wife has walking mobility problems and could not manage stairs All staff were helpful and polite

Brilliant! Lovely peaceful space - shelves not at all cramped, quiet, clean - which is well-stocked and lit, and even decorated to make appealing to children too (Halloween decor at present). The best thing though is the staff: unfailingly helpful, kind and knowledgeable. Thanks David, Beverley and team for offering a fantastic service.
Covid testing centre was a really easy experience here. Staff were great.
