I ordered a rear view mirror on Friday for my sons driving test. I was emailed by Royal Mail to advise it had been delivered on Saturday, but I never received it. I called Royal Mail on Monday and they gave me a claims number (And an apology) I phone FFX straight away who simply logged the reference number and dispatched a replacement free of charge and I received this on Tuesday. This was the most competitive price I found with free delivery. And brilliant service even with the small delivery hiccup. I will use this company again. Thank you.
Had an issue with a hammer which broke a claw, once contacted and made aware of the problem a refund or replacement was offered immediately, I opted for a replacement free of charge , start to finish from being told of the problem and sending me a replacement hammer the whole thing was sorted out in less than 5 working days . I am very happy to recommend this company to anyone, Fantastic customer service
Bought from these many times without issue. 2w ago ordered more tools, after 2w not shipped,ignored half of my emails, lied in responses to 2 others saying will ship within 24h. Obviously not in stock or on order for themselves,yet still selling same items so others will be in same boat. Now I'm left trying to get a refund from paypal, without the tools I need,and stuck in limbo unable to buy elsewhere in case they suddenly ship them (highly unlikely). Wouldnt be so bad if they bothered to reply and told me when they would be despatched but they have ignored last 3 emails and Ebay dispute.
Good place to tip. All the necessary items to hand to drivers to deal with rona virus, but quick and efficient all round
