No real issues, very quiet in January 2021 only two wagons filled, but very smooth and painless. The customs was very slow on both the English and French sides, but that is not on Eurotunnel. The waiting area was extremely sad, again not their fault, but the experience could have been better with a bit of organisation.

A bit confusing way around the site to the border control . Once past the security check train boarding started on time but train departure was delayed without any apologies nor explanation. The transfer itself took usual 35 minutes and disembark went quick and smooth.
Great service as always, was running a little late so only the 4 stars but we took our dog for the first time and the dog park was brilliant. A really pleasant addition to the service.
Quickest way to cross channel. If it is not peak season, quicker checking than ferries and only 35 minutes of crossing taking you directly exit to Motor ways
Quick transfer across the channel in about 35min. Be on time before your schedule departure there, otherwise you will have to wait for a couple of trains later. Bear in mind that passport and security will cost extra time. Safer than a crowded ferry in terms of Covid19. Inside the train there are quite narrow sections, be careful with your mirrors and low profile tyres/rims.
