Online order for store collection was ready to pick up in 30 mins. Two options for collection are collect from door or have it brought to your car. Car collection option didn't work after 15 mins of trying to let the store know we were outside, hence -1*

I have shopped here since this store opened years ago however the managers have all been replaced with pretentious children. I have always asked for Paul to deal with any issues of mine and the other staff have always been very friendly. However I had an issue that I needed to speak to the support people for, I found out that the experienced managers have been laid off and whilst sue was helping me a young lad in a white shirt stepped in and took over, he spoke down to me, made me feel like he was better than me and just all round made it very clear that all he cares about is money not the customer... The support people even felt the need to apologise for him after I left. I probably won't come back sadly.

Customer service was good, sadly didn't have anything I needed in stock and wouldn't allow me to purchase display.

Just bought a laptop from here. Really impressed with Sam who was extremely helpful and friendly. Didn't try to 'over sell' but still gave us options. Would definitely recommend this store. Thank you :-)

Straight in, great display of TV's, had what I wanted in stock, straight to the till speedy service. All spot on. Just a shame there wasn't a sale on.
