I purchased a new bike from Activ and the service I received was second to none!!!! I was so impressed I booked by brother in for a bike fit on his current bike and they were amazing, adjusting virtually everything on his bike to to suit his riding style. Highly recommend these guys!!

I always get fantastic service from Steve and his team and feel that they go the extra mile every time. A great place for getting accessories too - including cycle wear. Staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, prefer over my local shop. Update, once again fabulous service from the staff who very kindly fitted my tyres and tubes and disposed of the old ones for me. I would recommend this shop to anyone within traveling distance of Folkestone.

I rang and explained some damage to the derailleur. They said to drop it off at the shop and they would take a look straight away. I dropped it off, a quick inspection and it was booked in. Great service, good advice.
