Not a very good service ..............over prices very bad attitude form the shop floor staff ...........quotes one price for a basic job then price when up ..........i said i will take the car else where they said to late its been taken apart now you have to pay the extra..................told i would be sent a invoice for the work never got it !!!!!!!!!! ........ i’ve got a reply back from a autos now they seem very keen to talk but apparently they don’t have any invoice of my work will let me in let me drop your memory for you register your punto left-hand wheel bearing needs doing is that ring a bell......It’s not for me to call you at the end of the day you get to work if you remember but I don’t know who I’m talking to the manager or the mechanic if you remember Car Mechanic was so rude and have such an attitude problem and I jumped on my motorbike and Pin know to him he didn’t realise I actually was a motorcycle owner so I came down on my motorbike to confront him what his problem was and then at that point he said sorry mate the car is now up in the air was taking it apart you’re going to have to pay extra and the reason I had to pay extra because I came down and confronted him and funny enough when I was face-to-face with him he’s attitude disappeared it was very passive he was very apologetic but when it came to picking up the vehicle I had to pay extra so you check your invoices again because I don’t think you get many red Fiat punto
