We booked the Folk Junkies for our tipi wedding back in June, well, what can I say that will possibly do justice for how fantastic they are! Not only are they sublime musicians they are also warm and kind people. They got everyone on the dance floor and kept them there. I would hire them over and over and over and over and over again!!! If their videos get you going you need to book them because they're even more incredible in real life! Nearly 2 months on from the wedding and we are still getting compliments and people talking about the band. The band spoke to some of the guests whilst they were on their intermission, and every single person they spoke with had nothing but compliments for genuine they are. They are just a super, cool, funky, fresh group of people! I cannot thank you guys enough for how you made my wedding incredible!

Fab night, great atmosphere as always with Folk Junkies. We've used them for three years and still the same fantastic entertainment. Party in full swing all night, dancing the night away. Great quality musicians and a fab singer.
What an amazing band! They played at our wedding, accommodated all our special requests and got everyone dancing all night long. Massive thanks to them, and we would definitely recommend for any fun event you are planning!
Wow. Just WOW! Folk junkies absolutely made our ceremony and drinks reception. What a wonderful group of people and musicians. I couldn’t have asked for better, SO many of our guests remarked how wonderful they were and “you got the love” will remain in my heart forever after hearing their wonderful version of it playing as we walked back down the aisle. I would book them again on a heartbeat xxx

With an excellent repertoire of songs - new and old and some great mash ups such as AC/DC – All Night Long and Shania Twain – Don’t Be Stupid. The lead vocals were amazing and the band have a fantastic diversity, with their ability to switch from Folk style, with the lead singer playing the violin, to electronic, this was a great shift of tempo as the night went on. The band performed Runaway by The Corrs for our first dance, which then led into Fleetwood Mac – Everywhere. They pulled this performance off faultlessly and provided a first dance we'll remember for a lifetime! The rest of their set was a great mixture of floor filling favourites. On top of this, the whole band were lovely, down to earth, humble people, who were a pleasure to have there with us. When things overran, as they inevitably do at a wedding, the band were flexible and accommodating and still played all three forty minute sets. I would highly recommend Folk Junkies, whether you want a Mumford and Sons style folk vibe or a full on party vibe, as they can do both equally well. Thank you so much for making the evening one to remember, we would love to be back on the dance floor with you.
