I reached out to foam and covers via the form on their website. I've been looking for a window seat cushion for over a year, and either I've not found the right one or I've just put it off. I asked for about 5 quotes and got a response same day, again I asked for further quotes and finally decided on the right one. I was given good advice and eventually decided to purchase, with 3-4 weeks delivery time. It arrived on Tuesday I believe a week early, and is absolutely perfect, just what I imagined. Now because I've looked for over a year, I can tell you, you will not find a company whose pricing and quality is as good as foam and covers. Their response times are great, they advise accordingly and most of all it's so much cheaper than any other company but very high standards in quality. I got quotes between 100- 200 more with other companies. Lastly, the seat cushion itself is so comfortable, I'm so glad I decided to go with this company. Their reviews speak for themselves

After building a summerhouse for our \lockdown\ project we couldn't find any sofa's we liked so decided to build our own and found Foam and Covers online to make the cushions. Wayne, the director, responded quickly with a quote and we ordered a sample of the fabric direct from the supplier. Not having done this before we were slightly concerned about our decision but when they arrived all our fears were completely dispelled. The fabric is absolutely stunning and the cushions are very high quality workmanship. We now have two bespoke sofas that look amazing and are very comfortable. We could not be happier with the service and goods we have received and we will be using Foam and Covers for new cushions on our garden furniture next year, I can thoroughly recommend them.

I ordered a covered sofa/bench cushion back in July, it arrived yesterday and it is wonderful. The delay was for two reasons: Firstly the fabric suppliers didn't have the colour I wanted but after a bit of a wait I was told and then given the option to keep waiting or chose a different colour. The cushion was despatched in September but I wasn't told. It transpired once I was asked for a review and told Foamandcovers I didn't have it, that the cushion was sitting in a DHL depot. DHL then proved to be very difficult about getting it sent out, taking 4 weeks to actually arrive. However, Foamandcovers continued to stay in touch with me, to chase DHL repeatedly and to escalate the issue until it was resolved. Perhaps they should choose a different delivery company? Certainly letting people know once items Have been despatched would help. I always found Foamandcovers to be polite, helpful and prompt to reply though, and the cushion itself it well-made, comfortable and beautiful. Many thanks.
We extensively researched various companies for our made to measure garden furniture cushions. We decided to go ahead with foams and covers for a number of reasons and are so happy we did: 1. Wayne at foam and covers was very helpful and responded to all questions promptly and honestly 2. Their price was very competitive 3. And trusted the quality was going to be good based on our communication. The lead time was 2-3 weeks however we received them within 10 days and we are over the moon.
