My delivery came fast and in good order, easy to assemble, all the screws needed were supplied, and the box had even been marked for me where to attach the sides. Very happy customer. Chickens love it, would recommend.

I cannot recommend Flyte so Fancy highly enough.From ordering to delivery the process was very smooth and we were very impressed with the way we were kept informed of delivery dates and access requirements. Assembly was very straightforward with comprehensive instructions, in fact there was less to do than expected as more of the run and coop was preassembled than the instructions indicated (You don't get that from a well known Swedish flat pack furniture company!) The build quality is excellent and is clearly designed to last,the design is superb,easy to move and clean and attractive aesthetically. My chickens moved straight in to the run (OK a few meal worms helped ) and have laid contentedly ever since taking up occupation. You certainly get what you pay for,cheaper coops are unlikely to stay the course and give the pleasure that this one does. I would thoroughly recommend Flyte so Fancy to anyone considering buying a chicken coop and run,definitely a 5 star experience throughout.

Outstanding customer service and excellent products - don't shop anywhere else! We've used Flyte So Fancy for all our quail feed and bedding needs - and some great customer service this week was a nice reminder of why! We had a problem with our delivery which wasn't the Fault of Flyte so Fancy, but they acted swiftly and kindly to resolve the problem. Really impressed - strongly recommend!
