Easily the best pub in Newark. Always an amazing range of drinks, and plenty of atmosphere. Live music is order of the day, and it’s fantastic to see so much time and effort out into developing the live Music scene . Most definitely ‘not’ your average run of the mill setting.
I am a boater, a real ale fan and in these present days the Flying Circus was an amazing find. A great selection of real ales and a very friendly service. Thank you.

What a gem! Superbly kept delicious ales, wonderful rock music on CD with regular live bands also and a fantastic homage to Monty Python. It made our day when we discovered this pub especially when they had Thornbridge JAIPUR on the day we visited!
