We had an awesome time on the Chichester Harbour kayak tour back in the summer. Would do it again. Great adventure guides.
So where to start. I purchased two blue wave discovery kayaks from this company and although things had a strange course of events I have nothing but good words. So the first interesting part was purchasing a kayak that during the manufacturing ended up looking a little unique. They sent pictures and I explained it wouldn't be what I wanted. What surprised me was we were in the height of summer so to get us out on the water they sent us both kayaks and agreed to send us the new one once they had it. I was sceptical. I pictured a situation where they would say. Hmmm scratches from launching etc but nothing of it. Simply deliver and collect with excellent communication in-between. So having paddled our bluewave's for a while mine due in part to my size and something that happened during manufacture ment I would take on water and sit incredibly low in the water. I kind of suspected that the boat may be a little small for my more than adequate size even though I was 20kg lower than the maximum. What did this Stella incompany do? Simple they gave me a no quibble choice let them take it and try to rectify or a full refund. I opted for the refund simply as at that time they didn't have anything suitable for me or I would have bought from them so happy was I with their customer service. And to top it off this is the mark of them, so I wasn't waiting round Phil after a full day on the water drove to me all the way in Essex to collect the kayak. This company could show others what impeccable service really is and I look forward to doing some paddling with them. What ever you do don't pass them by. I genuinely feel you'd have a hard time finding a company that seems to go above and beyond to make sure everything is right.
I booked kayak rental of three single kayaks for two hours. However, when we arrived they didn't have the kayaks that we'd booked. We were 15 mins into our time slot and it appeared that they had rented them out to other people. We had to wait 25 minutes for one of the morning bookings to return before we could get out onto the water.
