We went there to look at rugs, the choices were a bit boring however there was one gorgeous rug but way out of our price range. We were approached by a sales assistant who was really friendly, helpful and funny. He gave us some good information and ideas but wasn't pushy at all. A very nice shopping experience. Thanks we may return to get that rug!!!¡!!!

I used fluffy side up a few years back. I had a heating oil pipe leak under my extension floor that wasn't detected till after the flooring was put down by a well known company in uckfield. After a couple of goes to fix it said I would have to have the whole floor recovered. Fluffy Side Up took a few tiles up.Sealed the floor replaced new tiles and presto problem solved. Floor still good. Trust them 100% Very happy customer
I can't recommend Fluffy Side Up enough. Right from the outset they helped us with ideas and advice. Execution was excellent, and the end result is superb. And they're really nice people to boot!
