I went for service for my 06 Grand Cherokee. I wasn't sure what was happening with it, and I felt they were very fair in trying to diagnose the problem. They kept me promptly updated about what they were doing and overall had great customer service. I chose to drive 35 minutes to this dealership instead of the dealership 5 minutes from my house that I had a bad experience with and will definitely do that again.
