Phoned for six white and six red rose for my wife's 81st birthday 28th dec 2019. I Was concerned that the flowers would be fresh ,just after Christmas . Of course they will be fresh was the reply. They were delivered on the 28th Saturday. 29thth. the white Roses, 5 had dropped their petals and left stalks.The same with three of the red. Absolute disgrace!!! The lady refunded 71 The lady said the flowers where fresh but did not want to see the photo. ONE MARK BECAUSE THEY WERE DELIVERED ON THE CORRECT DAY. D.C.Brookes .Kettering
