Wonderful customer service. Called Yan from Sydney to have flowers delivered in London. We did a smooth back and forth on WhatsApp around flower arrangements and he had it delivered on time. He just made it so easy. Great service

I called the shop and talked to Yann, who right away understood my needs and sent me via whatsapp fotos of all the bouquets he had created fresh that morning. We quickly agreed on what was best and he kindly added the message and booked his driver for delivery. Living in Canada and trying to send flowers to you daughter and her fiance in London can be a tough task. Will you get what you order? Will the florist be helpful? And as I'm always trying to support local I found Flowers Inc., through a Google search, and noticed they were near the Gloucester Rd Tube Station (a spot I am familiar with from visits to London) and close to where my daughter lives. I took a chance and I can say in this case.... YES to both. I made the right choice! I connected with Rozmina initially through email. in the reply I was asked for my phone number in Canada, and without a concern, I rec'd a call on my cell early the next day. We chatted for a few minutes and I explained what I was looking for and what my budget was. After a couple of minutes I knew that I wouldn't be disappointed. The conversation and suggestions assured me that this was a professional florist. I asked for Rozmina to send me a photo of my order so that I could see what my daughter would receive.
